Dia de los Muertos Masks

6th graders celebrated Dia de los Muertos by creating skeleton masks. We discussed the importance of Dia de los Muertos celebrations in Mexican culture. Students shared personal stories about the day and we displayed the masks outside the main office.

I am a teacher at Collingswood Middle School and High School in Collingswood, NJ. Collingswood is a suburb of Philadelphia.
