Lots of Opportunities...

There are lots of competitions and scholarship opportunities available.  Here are a few:








The Art Educators of NJ Youth Art Month (YAM) design competition is underway.  You must create a design that incorporates the YAM logo, the words "Make Your Mark" and NJ or New Jersey must be included in the design.  Winning designs will be published on invitations, brochures, posters, and even billboards.  The deadline is Dec. 1st.  For more information go to: http://www.aenj.org/pages/yamdesign

The Art Educators of NJ offer a senior  high school scholarship and a college student scholarship for students majoring in art education and studio art.  The deadline is

The Scholastic Art and Writing Awards are also underway.  The awards honor students in fine art and offer scholarships to some of the winners.  Entries are due on Dec. 17th.  There is no local affiliate, so you would apply to the Northeast Art Region -at-Large.  For more information, go to: http://www.artandwriting.org/Affiliate/ARALNE
