Miss Markakis is working on a unit about "the Figure in Art" with Art II students. The students created distorted self-portraits, line portraits, skeleton drawings, and now are working on figure drawings. The last lesson in the unit will focus on foreshortening.

I am a teacher at Collingswood Middle School and High School in Collingswood, NJ. Collingswood is a suburb of Philadelphia.
I love teaching art to my students and I want to share our experience with you.
