Nemours/duPont Children's Hospital

 On Monday, Sept. 15th, I attended the artist open house with several students and their families.  We had 6 student artworks chosen for permanent display at the new expansion of the 
Nemours/Alfred I duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, DE.  
     The new ER wing is gorgeous!  It was a delight to see how the student artwork was worked into the overall design.  Two dimensional artworks were printed onto canvasses, printed directly onto patient room doors, and sculptures were set into niches in the halls.  Everything looked great!  It was such an honor for the students to attend and see their artwork. The best part about this experience is knowing that the student artwork will help make another child's day a little brighter.
