Los Angeles Day 3

Day 3 was a great day to just be tourists and visit lots of fun sites.  We had a walking tour of Hollywood Blvd and visited the Kodak Theater, The Egyptian Theater, and Graumann's Chinese Theater (where we saw filming of the Amazing Race!).
After lunch in the Kodak shopping plaza, we went across the street for a private tour of The Pantages Theater.  In typical Disney style, we were dazzled by the restored architecture, lighting, given a private organ show, and a curtain show.  It was definately an impressive place to watch a movie!
We then went to Warner Brothers for a VIP Studio Tour.  We saw all of the sets; jungle, small town, city, etc.  Students loved seeing the scenes from their favorite TV shows and movies including True Blood, Spiderman, ER, Friends, Rent, Pretty Little Liars, and much more.  We visited the working sets of Big Bang Theory and the Ellen DeGeneres Show.  We also visited the WB Museums and saw all of the Batman vehicles and plenty of Harry Potter memorabilia.  The students spent lots of time shopping in the store for their favorite show merchandise.
After the tour we went for a walk down Rodeo Drive, then back to Hollywood Blvd. for dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe before heading back to the hotel.
