Toy Drive

     The TV Production crew, Art classes and NHS are holding their annual toy drive for the children at Providence Medical Day Care in Camden. 

     There are gift tags in the TV Production classroom with the names/gender/ages of each child.        If you would like to assist by purchasing a toy for a child, please see Ms. Armano in her classroom.  When you select a gift tag, please let Ms. Armano know which child you have chosen.

     Gifts are due by Dec. 19th and will be delivered to the center the next day.  Please bring your gift already wrapped, with the gift tag attached.  Gifts should be delivered to the TV Production studio.

     The children at the center have significant medical problems including cardiac abnormalities, cerebral palsy, and other conditions requiring life sustaining equipment and/or interventions.  Please keep this in mind when purchasing items.  We are suggesting new toys which cost $10-$15 including: soft dolls and stuffed animals, soft cars and trucks, Duplo legos, and light up toys that will fit in a child's lap.

     The staff at the center asked that we NOT get outside toys, toys that require the use of fine motor skills, matchbox cars, and other toys with small parts.

     The children at the facility are very disadvantaged and these gifts will probably be the only gifts they receive this Christmas.  We thank you for your support in making sure each child at the center receives a gift.
