Philadelphia Museum of Art

Last week, the Art II high school students went on a field trip to the Philadelphia Museum of Art with their kindergarten buddies.  The trip was generously supported by a Crayola grant, "Championing Creatively Alive Children".   The students were split into 2 smaller groups, each person staying with their art buddy.  Each group had a guided tour.  Then, we had lunch, shopped in the student gift shop, did more exploring around the museum, and took lots of pictures on the famous Rocky stairs.  Everyone had a wonderful time.  It was especially exciting for the kindergarten students, since this was their first and only field trip this school year.
